What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is from 2.00 p.m. and check-out is before 12.00 p.m.
Can I leave the apartment late?
Depending on availability. Please, ask at the reception.
Can I choose the type of bed in my apartment (large bed – two beds)?
Subject to availability. Please indicate your preferences on your booking form and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Are there non-smoking apartments?
Yes. Please, communicate your preferences when booking.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
The building has 9 floors and 3 lifts.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments? Does it work all year round?
Yes. Clients can adapt the heating and the air conditioning according to their preferences at any moment.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Please, ask in reception.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
There are public parking in Plaza de los Mostenses, Plaza de España and Isabel la Católica. Its approximate cost is €28-30 a day (2011).
Does the establishment have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
There is a computer at reception which works with coins.
Do you have high-speed internet in the apartment for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, there’s Wi-Fi connection in all our apartments. Please, check prices at reception.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
We speak Spanish, English, French and Italian.
Where may I rent a car?
Our reception staff will be pleased to help you and arrange the hire with the main companies.
How far are you from the Puerta del Sol?
At about 10 minutes walking.
How far are you from El Prado museum?
At 5 minutes away by car or taxi.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long does it take?
It costs around €35 and takes 30 minutes.
In what kind of a neighborhood are you?
We are in one of the most commercial and tourist areas of the city.
I am travelling to attend a trade fair at IFEMA: will it be easy to reach from your establishment?
If you use the underground it takes 30 minutes. You can also take a taxi.
